By accessing or using Zanzibaba, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Zanzibaba is a marketplace platform connecting buyers, suppliers, contractors, and service providers in Zanzibar's building, hospitality, and development sectors. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any agreement between users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Zanzibaba reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
Zanzibaba provides the platform for RFQs and quotations. Final transaction terms are negotiated between buyers and suppliers. Zanzibaba may charge platform fees as disclosed.
Verification badges indicate that documents have been submitted and reviewed. Zanzibaba does not guarantee the accuracy of verified information.
Users may not: list counterfeit products, misrepresent their business, engage in fraud, spam other users, or violate applicable laws.
Zanzibaba is not liable for disputes between users, quality of products, or fulfillment issues. We provide the platform as-is.
